United States authority also approves Agrosuper purchase of AquaChile
The National Economic Office has approved the acquisition of AquaChile Businesses by Agrosuper, the feed conglomerate who also controls the salmon farming companies Los Fiordos and Friosur.
Approval by the United States means Agrosuper will be able to publicly list AquaChile shares.
The agreement was first announced in August and is valued at US$850 million. This Wednesday, AquaChile shares on the Santiago Stock Exchange have remained consistent while on Tuesday they increased 1% to $475.
