Patrick Dempster, a Chilean executive of the AKVA group, accepted the challenge of moving to Norway—along with his family—to work for the AKVA Group, where he will try to contribute to further internationalize the holding.

Before starting off in this adventure, Dempster talked with AQUA magazine and expressed his mixed feelings. He is happy and excited about the new challenges that he and his family will face in Europe, but he also feels a little sad to leave behind his many friends and the projects he has developed over a period of almost 20 years in the salmon farming industry.
