Todo dispuesto para Aqua Sur 2003 (resumen)

La
primera versión de la Feria Internacional de
Acuicultura Aqua Sur fue considerada "todo un éxito"
por la industria. Entre el 19 y 22 de marzo próximos,
nuevamente la capital de la Región de Los Lagos
se transformará en sede y núcleo de la
acuicultura chilena y extranjera. En la inauguración
del encuentro participará el subsecretario de
Pesca, Felipe Sandoval y el presidente de la Asociación
de la Industria del Salmón, José Ramón
Gutiérrez, junto a autoridades regionales y representantes
de TechnoPress S.A.
Con el propósito de lograr el posicionamiento
de nuestro país en el circuito de ferias internacionales
y consolidar en Puerto Montt la realización de
un encuentro mundial de acuicultura del más alto
nivel, los organizadores -TechnoPress S.A., casa editorial
de AquaNoticias, y Heighway Events, que publica Fish
Farming International- definieron la capital regional
y específicamente el Club de Deportes Náuticos
Reloncaví como recinto oficial para el desarrollo
de Aqua Sur 2003, en el sector de Chinquihue.
De acuerdo con lo explicado por la organización
del encuentro, prácticamente el 100% de las empresas
participantes en Aqua Sur 2002 confirmó su asistencia
a la segunda versión de este evento, con un total
que supera los 200 stands donde estarán representadas
más de 350 empresas. Tal como ocurrió
el año pasado, Aqua Sur 2003 cuenta con el patrocinio
del Gobierno de Chile, a través de la Subsecretaría
de Pesca, y el de la Asociación de la Industria
del Salmón A.G. (SalmónChile), entre otras
entidades gremiales.
Un rol fundamental ocupan los auspiciadores de la muestra.
A Biomar Chile S.A., Roche Vitaminas Chile S.A.,Lan
Chile Cargo, Sitecna S.A. y Telefónica del Sur,
se sumó este año la participación
de Novartis Chile S.A..

Everything is ready for the industry to meet at Aqua Sur 2003

The
first version of the International Aquaculture Fair Aqua
Sur was considered a success by the industry. From March
19 to 22 the capital city of the Lakes Region will once
again become the headquarters and center of Chilean and
foreign aquaculture. In the meeting's inauguration the Fisheries
Undersecretary, Felipe Sandoval and the President of the
Salmon Industry Association, José Ramón Gutiérrez,
will participate together with regional authorities and
representatives of TechnoPress.
In order to position Chile in the circuit of international
fairs and to consolidate the presentation of a top class
world aquaculture meeting in Puerto Montt, the organizers
-TechnoPress, the publisher of AquaNoticias, and Heighway
Events, which publishes Fish Farming International- defined
the regional capital and specifically the Reloncavi Yachting
Sports Club, in Chinquihue, as the official grounds for
developing Aqua Sur 2003.
As explained by the meeting's organizers, almost 100% of
the companies participating in Aqua Sur 2002 confirmed their
presence at this event's second version, with a total of
over 200 stands representing 350 companies. Like last year,
Aqua Sur 2003 is sponsored by the Chilean Government, through
the Fisheries Undersecretary, and by the Salmon Industry
Association (SalmónChile), among other industry groups.
