Fallo preliminar de la UE por 'dumping':
Uno de los aspectos positivos de la gestión de Víctor Hugo Puchi (resumen)

Si bien la decisión final de la Unión Europea respecto de la acusación de 'dumping' presentada por productores escoceses e irlandeses en contra de la industria chilena será definida a fines de febrero, en diciembre las autoridades del Viejo Continente anunciaron un fallo preliminar positivo para los productores chilenos. Situación que, sumada al fin de casi dos años como presidente de la Asociación de la Industria del Salmón A.G., SalmónChile, nos muestra un Víctor Hugo Puchi relajado, tranquilo y confiado en que esta entidad continuará haciendo las cosas bien. El ejecutivo conversó con revista AquaNoticias, sobre este y otros temas como sobreproducción, medio ambiente y desafíos de la industria. Ver página 32 de esta edición.

One of the positive results of Victor Hugo Puchi's tenure (abstract)

After almost two years as president of the association that brings together the national salmon farming sector, Victor Hugo Puchi leaves a stronger organization, that was able to overcome difficult obstacles, such as the dumping accusation presented by Europeans. Although the European Union's final decision regarding the dumping accusation presented by Scottish and Irish producers against the Chilean industry will be defined at the end of February, in December the European authorities announced a positive preliminary decision for the Chilean producers. This situation together with the end of almost two years as president of the Salmon Industry Association, SalmónChile, shows Victor Hugo Puchi relaxed, calm and confident that this organization will continue doing things well.
