The shareholders of AKVA group ASA are hereby called to an extraordinary general meeting to be held on Tuesday, 14 August 2018 at 15:00 hours (CET) at the company’s premises in Nordlysvegen 4, Bryne.
The extraordinary general meeting is held in connection with the acquisition by AKVA group ASA of all the shares in Egersund Net AS from Egersund Group AS (the «Transaction»). Completion of the Transaction is conditional on (inter alia) the extraordinary general meeting having approved the agreement entered into with Egersund Net AS and Egersund Group AS on 28 June 2018 and the issuance of the consideration shares to Egersund Group AS.

Los accionistas del grupo AKVA están siendo convocados a una junta general extraordinaria que se celebrará el martes 14 de agosto de 2018 a las 15:00 horas (CET) en las instalaciones de la empresa en Nordlysvegen 4, Bryne, Noruega.
«El encuentro se celebra en relación con la adquisición por parte de AKVA de todas las acciones de Egersund Net AS de Egersund Group AS. El negocio está condicionado a que la junta general extraordinaria apruebe el acuerdo celebrado con Egersund Net AS y Egersund Group AS el 28 de junio de 2018 y la emisión de las acciones de consideración a Egersund Group AS», explicaron desde AKVA.
